When to travel to Marsa Alam

You can't really pick a wrong time of year to travel to Marsa Alam.

The climate in this part of the world is warm all year round.

Summers are hot and dry. Winter is slightly cooler but still warm enough to spen time in the sun and sea.

This makes Marsa Alam the perfect summer AND winter destination.

When temperatures drop in Northern Europe, the holidaymeakers flock south in search of a warmer climate.

The see temperature is rarely below 20c and air temperature in summer can reach as high as 40c plus.

You will nearly always wake up to a blue sky with the sun shining and would be very unlucky to experience any bed weather for more than half a day.

Evening temperatures can be deceptively cooler so pack an extra layer or two for those meals under the stars.
